Jaymes Hanna serves as Senior Program Officer of Market Dynamics on the K-12 Education team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation — investing in the growth and sustainability of programs and products that support student success. Previously, Jaymes led the development of scalable, sustainable programs at LEAP Innovations in Chicago. He has also served as a Senior Consultant and Manager at Monitor Deloitte Strategy Consulting, and Product Engineer for the Smart TV group at Intel.
Jaymes is a proud graduate of the School District of Philadelphia, which drives his passion for education. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania; and earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as part of its dual-degree (MMM) program in Design Thinking & Innovation.
