Transition Night for Families with IEPs

Join us for our Transition Night on Tuesday, May 30, from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at our Kansas Avenue Campus. Families of students with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) will meet with staff from our Student Supports Services team to learn more about your student’s transition into the next grade. We will share information about services they will receive, and resources for how you can support your child’s transition.
No RSVP is required, and dinner will be provided. We will meet in the Think Tank, which is located on the second floor of our high school. Translation services will be available.

- Who: Families with students in ANY grade who have an IEP
- RSVP: Not required
